In the process of formulating a Master Plan in the Support for Agricultural Development Master Plan for Nakala Corridor, Mozambique, which is implemented in Provinces of Nampula, Niassa and Zambezia, there were some instances of non-compliance with the JICA Guidelines, namely the faillure to ensure respect for human rights, stakeholder participation, information transparency and accountability, etc. The requesters thus stated that the on-going Support and relevant activities should be stopped.
